The thesis

Every per-diem nurse worth hiring is already on a public roster.

A nurse holds a license. The state publishes that license. A second nurse joins the Compact and lights up across forty states. A hospital files an NPI. A school posts a payroll. The records are already there — scattered, paginated, captcha-walled, seventeen tabs deep in your afternoon.

Diem Heros stitches it together. NPPES from CMS. NYSED Office of the Professions for live verification. New Jersey DCA's bulk roster. SeeThroughNY for public-payroll matches. LEIE and OMIG for exclusion checks. We do the boring part — the matching, the deduplication, the "is this the same person across three databases" — so you spend your day on the part that matters: the call, the text, the shift.

We are the search layer. We are not a staffing agency. We don't hold licenses, file W-2s, or sit between your nurses and their paychecks. We help good professionals find good shifts, and good providers find good professionals. That's the whole pitch.

How it works

One conversation at a time. On purpose.

  1. 01 Roster, not a dump. Search by credential, locality, fingerprint status, school district, taxonomy. Get a clean row per candidate — name, place, what matched, how to reach them.
  2. 02 A research dossier per name. The detail page is the product. License verification, current employer, public-payroll title, employer authorized official, likely-email pattern, exclusion check — every claim links back to its source-of-record.
  3. 03 Outreach is a thoughtful act. No bulk email. No SMS blasts. No autodialer. One nurse. One conversation. TCPA-compliant by design, because that's the only way the relationship works long-term.
  4. 04 Roles, not lists. A specific opening — "RN for per-diem coverage at White Plains High School, M-F 8–3, NYSED fingerprints required" — gets its own pipeline. Candidates, status, outcomes. Today's role, tomorrow's follow-up.
Where the data comes from

Public records, cited.

Every candidate row is sourced from a record you can look up yourself. We tell you which one. We link to the live page. If the source disagrees with us, the source wins.
